By accessing or purchasing from Out Of Time ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and users of outoftime.co.za. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products All timepieces listed on Out Of Time are pre-loved luxury watches. Each item is individually described and photographed to accurately represent its condition. As such, all sales are of unique, one-of-a-kind items.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in ZAR (South African Rand). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed or dispatched.

4. Orders & Cancellations Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us immediately at [tristan@outoftime.co.za or jason@outoftime.co.za] if you need to request a cancellation.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it before purchasing.

6. Limitation of Liability Out Of Time shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
